Who's Speaking?

TRAI2025 TRIZ + Artificial Intelligence conference

Aims & scopes

International Conference on AI-Powered Innovation and TRIZ Methodology 2025

“Artificial intelligence is revolutionizing scientific discovery, turning it into an accelerated quest where previously unimaginable hypotheses become possible by connecting dots beyond human cognition.”

— World Economic Forum, Top 10 Emerging Technologies of 2024, p.9, 2024.

The convergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) is redefining the landscape of scientific and technological innovation. Recent advances, such as the use of AI in scientific discovery, enable breakthroughs that were previously unimaginable, accelerating the pace of innovation. This conference aims to serve as a global platform to explore these synergies, foster interdisciplinary collaborations, and address the ethical, societal, and technological challenges associated with these advancements.

Objectives

  1. Integration of AI and TRIZ: Explore how AI can be combined with TRIZ methodologies to enhance the resolution of complex problems and drive innovation.
  2. Accelerating Scientific Discoveries: Discuss how AI can expedite the process of scientific discovery, particularly in fields such as medicine, green technologies, and life sciences.
  3. Ethical and Societal Considerations: Address the ethical implications of using AI in innovation, including issues of privacy, autonomy, and environmental impact.
  4. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Foster collaboration among researchers, engineers, and professionals from various fields to share knowledge and experiences on the combined application of AI and TRIZ.
  5. Skill Development: Highlight the importance of continuous education in AI and TRIZ to prepare the innovators of tomorrow.

Main Themes

  • Applications of AI in Scientific Discovery: Case studies on the use of AI for major discoveries, such as protein structure prediction with AlphaFold.
  • Hybrid AI-TRIZ Methodologies: Development of frameworks combining AI and TRIZ to optimize innovation processes.
  • Ethical and Environmental Challenges: Analysis of potential risks associated with AI, particularly in terms of energy consumption and resource extraction.
  • Advances in Deep Learning for Innovation: Presentations on new approaches in deep learning applied to inventive problem-solving.
  • AI Policy and Governance: Discussions on regulatory frameworks needed to govern the use of AI in innovation processes.

Call for Contributions

We invite researchers, practitioners, and industry professionals to submit papers, case studies, and presentations on the topics outlined above. Contributions should be original and add significant value to the field of AI-powered innovation and TRIZ methodology.

Submission Formats

  • Research Papers: Academic works presenting original research.
  • Industrial Case Studies: In-depth analyses of the application of AI and TRIZ in industrial contexts.
  • Workshops and Tutorials: Interactive sessions aimed at sharing practical skills and in-depth knowledge.
